Good thread about tires! For those that want some perspective on how PS4s's handle on track. I've done about 3 trackdays on em ; wear is excellent. Tires have about 15000 miles, mostly street and twisties. Grip is phenomenal in any conditions, once above 90F.
At the track,

these were the temps after 4-5 laps. Warm up is great, the tire feel is phenomenal, grip is fantastic, very predictable. BUT, after 4-5 laps of getting on it, the tires do get a bit greasy. Still predictable, but grip does fall off. So if you're hammering on it it will get greasy ! I think this is were CUP2's will make a massive difference, of course, at the detriment of longevity.
So for ocassional trackdays, and daily driving with phenomenal grip, handling and wear, PS4s's are the shizz.
I am however very curious to try out Cup 2's, so thats next tire for sure!
