Thanks Havy! That makes sense. Unfortunately the spring manufacturers won’t guarantee fitment, but if you and others believe that the springs for the 650i Xdrive will fit the B6, I may roll the dice and order a set.

I know most of you on this board are big fans of H&R springs....I am too, and I have them on my E60 M5. The drop on the H&Rs is 1.2” front and 1” rear. The drop of 1.2” in the front is a bit too much for me. Eibach has a set of springs that drops the front by 1” and the rear by .8”. To me, the Eibach has better specs to suit the look I am trying to achieve.

Does anyone here recommend Eibach springs? Will the ride quality be comparable to the H&Rs? Considering the drop on the Eibach’s is less than the H&R’s, would the ride quality be a bit softer? I know spring rate has the biggest effect, but i don’t believe there is a way to compare spring rates, correct?
