Carbon Fiber Roof damage

I purchased a 2014 M6 GC sight unseen from a dealership in TX. For the most part, the car is in as good a condition as I could expect considering age, mileage, etc, but a couple of things are bothersome
- The carbon fiber roof shows a few areas of pitting/damage - guessing it was caused by pebbles/stones hitting the roof, although it is towards the back of the roof. Any suggestions on remedies?
- the rubber weather stripping on the door frame is damaged - I'm hoping it's a simple DIY to replace this.
Thanks.
