No, I don't take my car into Oxford City, and I'm not keen on using the Park and Ride carpark either. Oxford City is currently deciding whether to ban both petrol and diesel cars in 2020. Presumably the buses and freight vehicles will still have carte blanche to belch out fumes, so they'll be no better off! Sounds to me like OCC is saying, 'go away, we don't want you buying goods in our city'...
