Who knows what BMW will end up doing?..if more N63 die and the wait list gets longer BMW may just start doing that. Warranty company is obligated to replace engine in contract, but someone may start putting pressure on BMW to start producing these engines forcing them to act..
N63TU would be a huge swap BMW certainly wont do it..
Anyway not sure any of us will be better off..seems to be just as many N63TU biting the dust
