How about Australia? Never been, but heard it's cool.
I only went to Marrakesh. Spent a week there before hopping over to Portugal. It was an awesome place! Did ATVing in the desert and stuff. Would like to take my parents/siblings there someday.

Haven't been to Australia and definitely want to. That and New Zealand are on the list but right now I think they are closed. Hopefully by then they'll reopen. The idea is to travel somewhere that I can take a few weeks off for PTO and work remote for a few weeks - so maybe 4 weeks or so total. I work on West Coast time though so anywhere that's more than 9-10 hours ahead means I'd have to work late into the night which isn't preferable.

Edit: looks like Australia is closed until 2021.
I see. Yea, it might be best to just pack up the car and do a road trip then. Not sure where you'd go as I'm not that familiar with your area, but I've always found solace in visiting small towns and finding an A&B. Not sure if you're into outdoors stuff, but I've always loved Colorado. Great stream/trout fishing there and some incredible hiking spots. Can do pikes peak where you drive up the mountain. Then go on a hike down then back up. Find a cabin or something and just chill.

Sometime the simple and cheap vacations are the best.

I like culture, food, wine, nature, and some activities. Not into the whole partying scene. I took a few months and traveled the world when I turned 30 and would like to do continue the same "tradition" and do a trip for a few weeks.
I went around the world when I was 20. Ironically, at the time, I'd only been to a few cities right here in the US. Suggestion: Road trip. I'd make Zion National Park in Utah a stop and plan around that. Take some camping gear, sleep under the stars under an unfamiliar sky. Head east until you miss home, then head north...
That's awesome! I haven't been to that many places in the US to be honest. I've done Hawaii few times, Vegas, Tahoe, NY once few years ago, and that's pretty much it. Most of my trips have been international. Between Germany and Italy alone I've been 14 times. Would go back to Italy in a heartbeat whenever it opens. Nordic region is at the top of my list. Turkey, Greece, and Croatia are as well.

Road trip across the US actually sounds very nice. Thought about it here and there over the last few years actually. Doing it solo though sounds a bit boring. Traveling internationally I always make friends or meet girls and hangout with them. Will have to think about this some more but it is definitely doable. I have a Porsche Macan S which would be fun and comfy to drive as well as doing some light off-roading.
