Well...Merc don't care...freeze or no freeze.
Red Bull didn't want a freeze a couple of years ago now they do.
Renault would rather not have a freeze as they are short 20-30 bhp
Ferrari have a veto...if they think they have got PU parity with Merc then they might agree a freeze. If not then they will veto the proposal.
