Services performed by the dealer;
-Road force balance all wheels
-Replace wheels for trial
-Ignition coils
-Spark plugs
-Injectors
-Removed drive shaft and replaced Guibos
-Misfire test
-Smoke tested engine , replaced all turbo intake seals
The dealer definitely tried I must say its just annoying that BMW is saying that this is a characteristic of the car

"Characteristic of the car" is German for "we don't know what's wrong but we are done throwing money at the problem, so you will just have to deal with it."
Next step is to raise the level of your complaint to the BMW USA level if you want to do something about it.
