I have the 4G upgraded comm box, after the renewal of the membership the "update BMW assist" button was grayed out and would not let me update. BMW said that it was their system upgrade that took place between April-August that messed it up. They finally did a full comm system replacement and updated all the software and is working like a champ. But although BMW admits its their issue they won't reimburse me. Oh well
