Honestly shocked that a so called "Professional" garage can mess up something as simple as installing and removing lug nuts. If they can't remove and install a wheel without totally f*cking it up then they shouldn't be in business full stop.
I bet they used an impact gun to install all the bolts including the locking nuts which I pretty sure most manuals tell you not to do.
