If you have setup your mobile to BT music, then iDrive doesn't recognise as a USB music source. So untick BT music in phone settings. Having said this, I don't think the USB supports music streaming services, but I may be wrong (never tried as not using them, I'm a dinosaur who relies on CD sound quality 😇
