Well folks, the search of perfect fitment and the widest tire possible continues lol..
Today I tried the rears without the 5mm spacers, sure enough they fit with a sliver worth of spacer between the tire and the spring perch. The fitment is absolutely perfect and right where I wanted it initially. I'm thinking of getting a 3mm or 2mm spacers if available just for the extra piece of mind in case there some tire/suspension flex around corners. From the looks of it, there's no way in hell it will rub now. A 3mm or 2mm spacer will just spice it up a bit for a tighter fitment and possibly still no rub.
I stole the 5mm spacers and put them up front, and let me tell you, PERFECT!
So, 20x10 ET20 on a 265-35-20 is money for the front. 20x12 ET25 on 335-30-20 works but possible problem free with a 2-3mm spacer for perch clearance.
