Bit of an update for you fellas. Seems that I was wrong about the tire in contact with the spring. I jacked it up once again and found that it's almost there but not quite. I also ended up putting all the weight of the car on one corner to see if there is contact. Again, very close, but I think it will pass. The only contact I found was right where the quarter panel and the rear bumper meet. That's full compression so I'm assuming it will rarely get to that. I'm thinking about a slight fender pull (I'm trying to stay away from that, I want the body untouched if possible) and maybe a bit of a trim to the where the bumper and fender meet (done that previously on my old 335i to fit bigger tires).
