The shop i'm working with is even a dealer for them, and just says it's a totally bad part. Unfortunately, that makes 2 spoilers i've gone through with RW trying to get a decent piece. The first one had clearcoat issues left and right, second won't fit at all.
So now i'm just ordering a legit Vorsteiner part to close this out. Here's some updated pics!

Car looks great!I was gonna reply awhile ago on the rear spoiler and say good luck with that one buddy!,I bought the RW carbon spoiler same as you and the fitment was total garbage I did three attempts with failure,I never returned it yet I hope they will still take it back ,I had a front and rear spoiler on my E63S from them and fitment was pretty good,I think its a hit and miss with them.
So I purchased a used Vorsteiner spoiler and the fitment was perfect.
