Indeed Havy and Germany would be my only hope.
It's just not easy to determine that since it's not one of the most advertised products. However you know if Leebmann does not have it the chances are slim to none that someone else will.
An idea could be to make an official request in Munich at BMW AG and they could source the dealers by finding out perhaps with just a few clicks if anyone have old stocks of this product.....
