Best way to search or find out is to pull up the 11 digit BMW part number (in one of the online part databases) then type
"BMW xx xx x xxx xxx metal" (where x=the actual BMW part number) into a google search box and see if any results come up.
Not sure why one would want a metal one vs the plastic...especially since water does get behind the fuel flap door when washing the car or if its raining etc. Plus the fuel filler flap door automatically locks when you lock the car with the remote fob.
But again, if you'd like to replace it with metal...I would try the search suggested above.
