If the seat is the suspect issue, take it apart and possibly order any moving parts like seat springs and such. Just my suggestion… sometimes the little snap on locks that keep the trim on the doors break and become damaged over time… these can cause noises in the cabin as those trims move slightly with daily driving… suggest replacing all those parts per door trim as well… has made a major improvement for me… not so much seat noise
