After doing some sleuthing, I'm guessing these are only good for 6 series (and most other BMWs) built before 3/1/2014. DPs website says these are not compatible for 2015+. Likely not aware that later built 2014s are different, not just 2015+. Luckily (or unluckily depending on how you look at it), mine has a 4/13 build date. Going to confer with the manufacturer Monday, and probably move forward.

Update: My 2014 car is a pre 3/1/2014 build, and the HUF RDE012s work perfectly, picked up and registered within a few hundred feet ( I did reset the TPMS sensors in the iDrive menu while it was idling for a bit).

Will update how the Driven Products E734923 sensors work out after I refinish the stock wheels and have my track tires mounted, but a trail fitting on the stock wheels was perfect (for the nonadjustable stem angle of the DP sensor), and I did take them back to my local Discount Tire to have them checked out for a 2013 M6 application, which they checked out ok for. Therefore, the Drive Products E734923 are good for pre 3/1/2014 builds.
