Regarding the equipment, I think you're mistaken here:
Those seats are not perforated leather, thus you do NOT have ventilated seats which were, as I understand it, not available in the Coupe until at least the '14 model year. Furthermore, the ventilated seats in BMW are not 'cooled'. Errors such as this will cause a buyer to wonder what other statements are incorrect.
