would recommend to install the eyelet connections under the hood and zip tie the lead to where you will hook it up to the charger. Leave the trickle charger loose and connect when required. I would not recommend to permanently mount the charger under the hood. You could use the bracket mounted in the engine compartment to hold the charger when you are using it.
