DME specializes in tunes for stock and upgraded turbos, but they do work closely with ted/europower and tom/autocouture for mechanical work such as installing turbos.
RK autowerks/Raza specialize in rebuilding motors. Wether it be a stock rebuild or one with forged internals, turbos etc.
I follow both of them closely and both are good at what they do along with excellent customer service.
