If they're offering to take it back without any loss to you I reckon you should seriously consider it.
Depending on how long you've had the vibration and how severe it's been, there's no telling what trouble might be stored up for the future. If it's crankshaft or torque converter related there might be secondary damage to main and rod journal bearings and/or gearbox.
