I had the privileged of meeting Mr. Lauda in 2012. He was a titan in motorsport and, to your point, the heart and soul of the team.
He is still represented on each car and just as they didn't fall off in 2019 and 2020, I don't think the team will fall off in 2021 or through the change in the formula.
