2) have money aside for maintenance (at least 5k for tires/brakes/repairs)
3) get it built if modifying it
4)Get a 6spd
5) make sure you have a warranty (Some ppl disagree with this)

I see you recommend a warranty but from where? Dealership will charge $$$$ and can’t trust 3rd party warranties as they are hit or miss.
