My wife would tell you that she has beautiful hair but she still likes to have highlights. Those grill M stripes are my highlights. 
The stripes also complement the M badge on the rear. |
I'm not a fan stripes, but it's your car not mine. If you like the stripes go for it. Variety is the spice of life.
