yes i been reading that thread.
lawn has sections that are uneven, and no grass. i believe in those sections there were some kind of trees or shrubs and were filled in after they were shredded. so it may need soil and sand to level it, and then overseeding.
to garage, replace sheetrock & paint and add more lighting and outlets (per code). Both garage doors are new but they are manual.
