Good on you for standing up. It is a royal time waster and frustrating, but someone needs to stand up and hold them accountable. I'm sure they have screwed countless people before you. Just think, if 100 customers were screwed like you, they have caused about $1 Million in damages so far!!
They need to learn business ethics, honesty, and morality. If someone stole $1k or more from you, it would be a felony and possible jail time. So why isn't his crime/actions the same thing?
BTW OP, what was the outcome of this situation?
