And I don't mean purchasing a "maintenance package"
I heard brakes are taken off the BMW list for sure. But I don't know what else, maybe its just that 1 item.

Sorry, I didn't mean to imply that other manufacturers offered a similar plan to bmw. What I meant was that this is just one more thing on the list of changes that BMW has made in the past few years that is causing me to look more and more towards other brands.
