Absolutely has it. AFAIK you can disable by unplugging a module in the trunk, or via coding (by Rich). I WILL say, if you leave the stock exhaust, and you normally drive in manual mode, you will miss shifts and hit redline a LOT (at least at first) since you aren't getting the audio cues about engine RPMs the way you're used to
