Higher end fakes are getting pretty good these days. A friend told me of a fake Panerai he bought in HK. He brought the fake to his jeweler who services his real Panerais, and while the jeweler noticed some differences, the jeweler thought they were due to the watch being a new model.
Something does seem off about that watch, particularly the level of finishing, but I am by no means a Hublot expert. Anyway, maybe this guide will help you:
