I actually thought the commercial was fairly subpar as well.
I get pure nostalgia reminiscing about the BMW FILMS segments with Clive with the Z4, M5, even the corny 328ci one which was better than this. This one is too "Hollywood" and generic. Those, especially the M5 clip, was so unique it ended up being more than a commercial; it was a film people actually wanted to watch and enjoy.
