Is it plasti dip?
I had a plasti dip on my black 750i, after I removed the dip, the car lost its gloss, and had to be polished.

Because plasti dip costs $800, takes 1 day to do, and easy to remove, when vinyl wrap costs $4-5k, takes a few days to do, and takes a few days to remove. Vinyl wrap is also a lot harder to do, you have to take off many parts, when with plasi tip, you just spray it.

And how is it remove? I never even heard of it, 800 bucks is a deal whenever you get sick of the color..No damage to original paint?

http://dubzdip.com/ that's the guy who did my 7. It's pretty steady, won't scratch, it will protects you from rock chips etc. You can clean it in a normal car wash. To remove it, you just peal it off, pretty easy. The only problem is, after you peal it off, the car will lose a clear gloss coat, but it's not a problem at all! If you pay $300 BMW will wax/polish your car, and it will be as shiny as new.

You know what, watch videos on youtube, videos will give explain details better. There is a guy Fonzy, he does a great job.
