I was wondering how many of you when "getting into it" using manual mode allow the trans to shift hard or ban...i don't want to hurt the car and seems if i let my foot off the peddle a bit the shift is smoother

AND i'd like to know what mode setting you all drive in the most...i really like all Sport in auto trans, but feel like ill ware the car out quicker that way as apposed to confort & effecent...

You won't wear it out.. the trans is built to handle it. I like driving in sport, sport+
