Any BMW from 2007 to 2011 can be stolen in 2mins:

If you're in the UK, call 0800 083 4397 - they will book you in the system and a local bmw dealer will call you within 8 weeks to get the car updated at no cost…

BMW confirmed over the phone that there is an Engine management system update to address this.

Hope BMW gets this sorted soon. Its a major issue.

Also, I love the creeps out there who sell the Key programmers and claim that it is for "Legitimate purposes". Scumbags, the lot of them.
