closing car

I have a quistion about closing the car. My car is 640 cabrio and i have all the options.
Such as Keyless and comfort close.
In the manuel i read that it is possible to close the car on the handlebar outside, including all windows and softop. My problem is that it is not possible with my car. I think it is important because i drive, when the softtop is not open, with the small window behind me down. It is verry easy to forget to close it. There is no signal that i forget it.
To close the car should be work the same way as you close the car with the key. That is working fine but i bought Keyless.
My dealer say to me it is not possible it is wrong in the manuel. I don't believe this. Is there somewone wo has a car thats works write?

I have comfort access and It does not work on my car, I can close the windows, roof and fold the mirrors, but these only work from the key.
