Sapphire Black 650i M sport
Well, at last I got it. This car is one of the first batch of coupes to make it to Australia.
There are two differences compared to the American ones that I immediately noted - no front reflector and the shadowline trim rather than the chrome / ally trim. I like it. Another, I could have bought two of these in America for the same money, and still have money left. That difference I am less happy about... Anyway, after less than 100 kilometers, I already am crazy about this car. I particularly like the little snort the exhaust (in sport mode) makes as it changes gears up, especially between the first few gears... A few photos: |

Thanks for the positive comments.
After the first 3 days with this new car, I would have to admit it has exceeded my already high expectations. Even if you restrict your revs to say 4,500 or 5,000 as I am doing right now, this car has awesome performance. I wonder if some of the performance numbers are not a little conservative.... |
