You raise a good point, it remains to be seen how the newly laid surface acts.

That being said, I would be very surprised if it even rains a drop over the weekend. Rain is very rare at this time of year (it rains perhaps once every two months).

On another note, I still haven't gotten my track passes yet. So far all I have is my confirmation # and my race weekend schedule, which is really frustrating when the race weekend is 4 days away.
