My car is a 2010 (Sept 2009 production) and now have 31,000 miles on it. HPFP was replaced at about 5,000 and, apart from that, has had no problems at all (other than rear-ended at a stop light by a corporate-insured vehicle. Repaired beautifully.). I love this car.

Wow, looks lovely. They really nailed the console area, and that NAV screen looks amazing. BMW really listened to the feedback about console angles in relation to the driver too.
