Honestly a Kia drawing board reject would be a huge improvement over the current 6-series.

You guys need to loosen up a bit, its not finished yet. It has potential, but to claim it will be the "best looking BMW in years" is a stretch, those are big shoes to fill.

BMW if you read this... Lower, More mean, less Merc looking...

I like the idea of a wide fender, but not that line, the front looks too much like the z4 (although its a great looking car)... when i think 6 series i want to be able to see a bad ass porche getter, not a girlie, house wifes of OC car.

Come on BMW give us what we need!

There is clearly something wrong with your brain. Ha ha ha, just kidding. I'll have to disagree with you. The 6-Series is probably their best looking car right now.

i think the rear fender lines are possibly a throw-back to the 8series, rather than the Merc CL.

Is the line in the rear fender not from the CS concept?

This looks like crap. The new Z4 while maybe a nice car, is too girly looking just like every single Lexus and Infiniti. Drop all those stupid curves. The current 6 series is way better than this one. One guy said is this a Buick....well... I think it kinda looks like the Acura RL's 1/2 brother. I don't see BMW releasing something like this considering what the original CS concept was promoting and the look-n-feel of the new 7. All this curvy / semi-curvy girly crap has to go. BMW needs to stick with aggressive angles and mean looking front-ends. That what suits them best. This render has no unique character about it except that it looks like a larger Z4.

Either way, I hope the new 6 gives it more life than the current 6.

It certainly is a marmite design but I love mine. The new rendition doesn't do anything for me. I think it will be much better than that.
