Are your wheels the same width, or did somebody put the same size tires on staggered wheels?

I have a feeling wheels are staggered, car is RWD and the rims should be OEM. Will have to check later since the car is not with me at the moment. Panel on the driver side column said 275 at the back.

Have you decoded your VIN? If yes, what is your wheel style (or wheel style number)? Without knowing what wheel is being discussed...the forum is in the dark. We don't know if you have a square or staggered setup. Help us help you better...give us enough info to work with.

So either the previous owner or the vendor changed the rear tires (or did they change the wheels, too?). style 373 wheels & 20" summer tire run-flat recommendations: (see wheel specs below)

If you dismount the wheels…you can also just check the BMW part numbers & specs which will be located on the backside of the wheel’s spokes. That is another way to verify which size you have.
You can see what the part nbrs & specs are in the pics posted above from the part database for the wheels. And you can also see an example of the rear wheel’s part nbrs and wheel spec info that you should find on the back side of the spokes in the pics below (looks like the last 7 digits of the BMW part nbr is used instead of the complete 11 digit part nbrs. This is normal…sometimes its the complete 11 digits, but sometimes only the last 7 digits are given:
