I was bored at the office, had got the car cleaned a couple of days ago, so I thought I would post some pics of the daily drive.......

nice car an colour... What model year is that as I notice it has Idrive 5 ?

you had any problem with the drivers seat in terms of wearing on the first panel above the base (bottom of back)

It is a very late 2016.

Built in October 2016.


No problems with the driver seat wearing as I had a seat cover tailor made for it due to the colour I selected for the interior.

Was coding the car the other day and noticed a code for it to display the ///M logo as the splash screen for the dash.

When I changed it thats what popped up.

I will change that one back to default.

Speaking of coding. Can you code to turn on the "sport display"? I had this before but lost it. I'm sure that it is probably calculated and not terribly accurate but it was a fun display. It used to be directly under the "efficient dynamics" option in my menu on my 2013. If you do know how to do that, what is the entry for it?

Which module did you code for that to change? I was messing with what I thought was the correct one but it didn't change anything. Only managed to change the idrive boot up animation

Mine came with the sport dials.

IIRC it was FRM

was the m6 paddle retrofit easy? Where did you get them? I want to replace my slightly worn wheel and might fit the paddles at the same time
