Ruby black 640d

Finally got a chance to clean my 640 and see the Ruby come out in the sun :-)
I have always been keen to get a six series and after taking my f30 330d in for warranty work I saw this Ruby black 640d in the dealership with Ivory white Nappa I had to have a test drive.
Obviously I bought it straight away! The 330d was a great car but the six feels so special compared.
It's smoother, quieter in comfort mode with a lot less tyre noise and a nice sound in sport mode whether it's an artificial sound or not I like it.
I have gone from a 2015 to a 2012 but I don't mind as its such a lot more of a car and has real presence about it. I would had gone for a 2014 model but I didn't want to go over a certain budget I set before I decided to have a deal. I'm still unsure whether or not to fit a black grill instead of the chrome one. Here are some pics....

Ruby Black is a stunning colour - always wanted it with the Cohiba Brown individual nappa leather trim.

Lovely motor and hope you have many safe miles in it!

I currently have a 3 series myself. Been looking to make the jump to a 6 series. Price difference scares me quite a bit. Your new car looks great though.

I don't regret changing from the 3 to the 6 at all. It's a good step up in quality. I'd say go for it if you can afford it :-)
