Its really increases the induction sound and allows you to hear a lot more of the turbo spool and the blow off valve. Def seems to improve throttle response a fair bit as well. I am very pleased with it on sound alone , but def increases midrange torque as well. And of course it is a beautiful piece of equipment.

I'm thinking of getting the GruppeM carbon intakes for my M6GC.

Please describe how different (improved) the induction sound is. Does the more pronounced turbo whine/whistle and blow-off valve whoosh ever get tiring/annoying/obnoxious?

It doesn't get obnoxious to me at all , and you hear more actual induction sound as well.

Love it. How does it feel compared to gtr on daily basis? Does it feel special? I'm coming from a full bolt on gtr. Maybe looking for a change.

Its wayyyyyy more involving and fun to drive than my GTR. Obviously a full bolt on tuned GTR is faster than a stock M6 but theres more to driving than speed. That being said the throttle response is light years ahead of the GTR, and the top end of the S63 Tu is better as well. Throw in more steering feel, much better sound , a luxurious interior , top end sound system etc. and its no contest with a GTR really fast.

good stuff! one thing I wish my m had was the cf brakes. I'm pleased to see you have them. especially if you plan on modifying for more power!
