Which spacer to 305/30/20 - F13 M6
Hello everybody,
Can you pls tell me, which spacer i can drive with the M343 rims on a F13 M6? I have 25/25mm lowering springs. I want to change the stock 295 with a 305 tire in the rear. But which spacer will fit? 10mm ? Thanks and sorry for my bad english! Best regards from Germany 👍 |

Why is the wheel with 5mm spacer there, where it was with 295? Because the 295 is smaler than the 305.
I want spacers, because the front wheels are to much inside. But i can only put spaces in the front, when i put spacers also in the rear. It's not allowed to put spacers only on the front wheels... |

Trust me you will enjoy the 305 tire. The traction is MUCH better. The look (of wider tire) is fantastic and you feel more confidence. The only downside is that it adds a little understeer and car is not as nimble as it is now in cornering but who cares? You are not gonna track your car, are you? I did't add spacer but I have a feeling even with 5 mm spacer it looks more aggressive... go for it 100%

If I were you, I would go with 305/30/20 on rear and 275/35/20 on front with no space or maximum 5 mm spacer all around.

I'm with M6, just run rear spacers if anything and wider tires up front and rear. If it rubs just remove the rear spacers. Any time I have run spacers on the front I notice a new shake or vibration in the steering wheel.

Save your money and listen to what people on here say, we have something you don't, experience. You will get a vibration in the steering wheel from 5mm spacers as they are not hubcentric. 10mm will fit the rear even with the 305's, but don't buy anything cheap made, get BMS or Macht Shnell type spacers.

Every time i run spacers on the front of any car something does not feel right at higher speeds on smooth roads. I run 15mm on the rear with the 295's, so 305's with 10mm rear would work, my car is not lowered.

10mm spacers in the front and rear will work just fine with 265 & 305 tires. You will not get a vibration if you purchase quality hubcentric spacers. I currently have Macht Schnell 12mm up front and 10mm in the rear and am lowered on the KW HAS kit. I have zero issues with any vibrations.

It is however true that anything less than 10mm is not hubcentric and will cause vibrations. |
