Loud annoying wheel/rotor clicking…help?

It was first brought to my attention by someone in a parking lot while I was backing out of my space. With my window down I can easily hear a loud ticking noise when my wheels are turned going forward or reverse. It's certainly not a stone in the tire - it doesn't take a revolution to hear it, and there's nothing stuck in the spokes. The dealer suggests it may be the rotors but I've been waiting 2 weeks for them to get back to me. It's embarrassing, and who knows, maybe dangerous. Any have any clues?? Thank you.

That's the front wheel bearing must be lubricated. There is a Service Bulletins on this issue

Lube and duct tape - what would a guy do without it! Thanks for the info. See if my dealer has any clue about this.

I noticed this on my 650 today as well. I have to bring it in for an oil change so I will let them know about this as well.

I think on 650 it's over heated rotor... at least it was my experience with my 650

Sometimes my dealership/SA look like a deer at night with headlights coming straight at them...they don't have a clue what's going on
