My shopping/leasing list of cars I'd consider after M6 would be:
Turbo S i8 R8 570s - you can lease it for $2200/month Huracan 458/488 AMG GTS. None of those are clearly practical by any stretch, but, I guess, practicality is the last thing on the mind of the person considering any of those. Turbo S and i8 are the only ones on the list with rear seats, so at least you could fit two small kids...

It's just a cool car with new tech that other bimmers don't have. I like it. Is it at the top of my list? Maybe not. But I do frequently take my kids to school and pick them up as well. The two seater, for me, wouldn't work well currently. Once kids grow up and move out maybe a two seater cabrio would be perfect. Who knows? The car needs to be chosen based as much on the needs as much as on the desires of the owner.
