19" M5 rims with 265/295 tyres?

Gents, some advice please, I'd like to get my 640d GC onto 19" rims and have come across a set of m5 rims with these tyres fitted, I'm guessing the fronts will be ok, but will the rears fit without looking like Carlos Fandango?

For it to sit under the quater panel perfectly without rubbing, go with 285/30/20. You will need to camber the rear if you're going with 295.
