London 6er GranCoupe wrecked in automatic car wash
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...bought-it.html
I have never put my cars through an automatic car wash for over 10 years because of the damage to paint and swirls. But this incident is shocking - more so how easily the company involved allegedly denies any liability!

Correction, it happened in a market garden town called Eversham, Worcestershire about 15 miles north of where I live! Would never trust an automatic car wash!

Having lived in the UK, I don't understand why anyone would ever use an automatic carwash. At least around Northamptonshire, there were plenty of hand car wash places that were trustworthy and reasonably priced. I could leave my car, pop into Tesco and it would be ready when I was done shopping. I bit of spay detailer when I got home and all was well.
