Crank no Start 2008 650i

Hello all, I need all the help I can get on this one.
So here is a bit of background: I'm currently getting crank but no start with the following errors: DME/DDE 2BA2 2DCA CDB0
Whenever it cranks, the fan comes on immediately after at a very high speed and stays on for about 10 seconds.

The problem started initially with water getting into the DME Section. There were a few broken pins so I had the DME cloned. any help will be greatly appreciated.

If anyone has any pics of the connectors going to the DME it would be greatly appreciated. This car belongs to a friend and I believe he had someone else messing around with it and possible switched around a few of the wires in the connectors (not sure though)

This is one of those times where your best bet to is to try a different forum. Although it says 6 Series, it's really a 2012+ forum, and I don't think a single active member here has a 2004-10 E Series. There is no E series subforum here, so you'll have to search for one elsewhere on the internet.
