RG Sport Extended Paddle shift lever

Guys,

I would like to introduce our new products, the extended paddle shift lever for F series chassis BMW.
It features:

- Stronger material 6061-T6 Aluminum, unlike the OEM Plastic on the Sport steering wheel or Cast Aluminum on the M cars.
- Longer and wider for better grip and reach even with hand position at 10 and 2 o'clock or 8 and 4 o'clock.
- OEM silver finish (Anodized Black coming soon)
- Fits both F chassis M Car and F chassis with Sport Steering wheel
- Includes our own proprietary mounting base
Note: The OEM module is not included. You will need to re-use the original module.

Here are the pictures. Enjoy!!!

Feel free to PM or contact us to pre-order.

Constructive criticism... I think the idea is great but they look somewhat big and out of place. It doesn't flow well with the design of the interior. I think with some additional styling and maybe offering them in anodized black you would have a winner.

Please don't take this the wrong way... Only being honest and trying to give you some advice on the product.

I love the idea of larger paddles. Especially on the track I've found my hands reaching and finding nothing but air and/or having to really position my hands as I'm moving the wheel based not on what is natural for the turn, but on making sure I can be ready to upshift as I unwind, etc...

However I agree with Brian that they are bit too big and obvious for my tastes. Black anodized and maybe slightly more subtle styling cues would be great IMHO.

I hate being the armchair quarterback, but just my $0.02.

I prefer the shape of the OEM, but I do wish the OEM was a bit larger and extended down to the lower part of the wheel like this
good thing I have big hands

Guys, greatly appreciate the feedback.
No offense taken. The anodize black is in process.
Design wise, of course there are improvement could be make.
I myself found the OEM paddle was to tiny, missed some shifting while on the track with it also.
This design is primarily concentrated into the functionality.
Of course before we decide to run the batch on this design, we ran it with a few users, some loves it and some don't. But, we won't stop here.

good direction .. can't wait to see it as I like the look of the stock set up ... but a little bigger would be excellent to track it!

I think (again my opinion) if you followed the curvature of the steering wheel it would look more aesthetically pleasing vs how vertically straight they are right now. I will be a buyer if they are revised a little and are available in black.

Again, just constructive advice so take it for what it is.

I agree with BigBrian on following the curve of the wheel. I have a few more ideas- the single color is to plain jane , add a color to the outside edge or inside edge. For the black ones edge in aluminum or for the aluminum/silver you can do 2 different things anodized black on edge and back or wrap in black leather with some silver/aluminum exposed.

I purchased a set of black anodized paddles today. I agree the styling of them could improve and when they do I might purchase a newer set. I am interested in how well they perform - clicking, response, feedback, etc.
